Profile verification is an essential step in the loan application process to ensure that the applicant is eligible and qualified for the loan. Here are some of the common steps which we follow during profile verification of applicant.

Physical Verification:

Physical verification at the applicant’s contact point to validate stability, existence, employment along with maximum information about the applicant.

Residence Verification: Residence verification is an important step in the loan processing procedure to verify the applicant's residential address and to ensure that the information provided by the applicant is accurate. Here are some of the things that we  typically check during residence verification:

  1. Existence of address.
  2. Stability of applicant.
  3. Duration applicant Stability.
  4. Ownership or Rental Agreement.
  5. Residence Setup.
  6. Residence Type.
  7. Locality of the address.
  8. Neighbourhood Verification.

Business Verification: Business verification is an important step in the loan processing procedure to verify the business information provided by the applicant and to assess the applicant's ability to repay the loan. Here are some of the things that we typically check during business verification:

  1. Existence of the address.
  2. Existence of the Business.
  3. Business Ownership:
  4. Business Vintage
  5. Nature of Business
  6. Business setup and activity
  7. Business Registration:
  8. Business Location:
  9. Third party confirmation.

 Employment Verification: Employment verification is an essential step in the loan processing procedure to verify the applicant's employment status and income to assess their ability to repay the loan. Here are some of the things that we typically check during employment verification:

  1. Existence of the Office.
  2. Employment Status:
  3. Employment Duration.
  4. Income Verification.
  5. Designation and Position..
  6. Nature of Employment: Permanent employee or on contract.
  7. Third party confirmation through college or any senior employee of the organization.

Collateral Verification: Collateral verification is the process of verifying the existence and value of collateral that has been pledged as security for a loan. Collateral refers to any asset, such as a property, vehicle, or equipment that is pledged to secure a loan.

The collateral verification process typically involves several steps, including:

  1. Identification of the collateral:
  2. Possession status of the collateral.
  3. Verification of ownership:

 TELE Verification

Telephonic verification is a process of verifying information provided by a loan applicant over the phone.

The purpose of telephonic verification is to ensure that the information provided by the loan applicant is accurate and up-to-date. This verification process can help to prevent fraud and reduce the risk of default by ensuring that the borrower has provided truthful and accurate information.

During the telephonic verification process, the we ask the applicant a series of questions to confirm the information provided in the loan application. These questions are related to the applicant's residence stability, employment, income, Business and other financial information.  Here is a list of Tele Verification that we usually conduct:
