KPRM Management & Investigation Services Private Limited is incorporated on 19 Oct 2022 at MCA in New Delhi. KPRM Management & Investigation Services Private Limited, formerly known as RM Outsourcing and Consultancy Services. Mr. Rabindra Mahto has founded the company in 2003 and he has 20+ years of experience in the field of Retails Assets banking and Non Banking Financial corporation’ s outsourced services.

KPRM has a track record to provide it services for Bank and NBFC. We have a team of skilled and experience field executive and Backend executive to manage the work. We have a strong management team of professional with over a decade of experience.

On the basis of experience and specialization, we are able to offer comprehensive packages for loan file processing, Skip tracing, Profile verification, Field investigation, Seeding & Mystery shopping, Document collection, Resource Support.

Mission: To provide outsourcing services for the Bank and NBFCs . To provide the services as per the client requirement and deliver the quality of work within stipulated time frame.

  1. Backend & Field team: We have skilled and experiences manpower to manage to day to day activity. Graduation with good knowledge of computer is basic requirement for backend staff. We hire at least 10+2 passed candidate for the field work with owned conveyance and valid Driving licence.
  1. Technology and Creativity: We are equipped with latest technology and change ourselves according to the client requirement.
  1. Team Structure: Every client will be aligned with dedicated SPOC for day to day co-ordination.  There would be a Team Leader to manage 4 Backend executives. Process Manager to manage 6 TLs. Managers reports to the Operation Head. Operation Head reports to the CEO  & Director.
  1. TAT: We are able to deliver best TAT in the industries due to our internal resources and liaison at different department.
