Seeding and Mystery Shopping

Through this activity we can measure the quality of work or services and evaluate all parameters which supposed to be adhering by the bank staffs and its associate and channel partners.

Telephonic Seeding: We conduct a telephonic interaction with suspected individual to review the bank's policies and procedures which supposed to adhere by the individual or channel partners. We  offer bribe to breach the policy of bank/NBFC.  

Physical Seeding and Mystery shopping: In this activity we try to login a dummy loan file at concerned bank and NBFC to check its services, adherence of policy at each level of the file processing,  integrity of employees involved in the loan processing,

With the help of these techniques, we can identify the of the process gap and provide feedback on the level of customer service, the quality of work done by bank's employees, and the overall customer experience ects.. This feedback can help the bank identify areas where it needs to improve its services or products.
